Allens West and WPTPCo
A new mixed use development is set to go ahead in Stockton, with a Travel Plan written by The Workplace Travel Plan Company. Developer JG Land and Estates won planning permission this week. The WPTPCo will be the Travel Plan Co-ordinators once the development starts.
The Allens West scheme at Eaglescliffe will provide a comprehensive development of brownfield land with industrial accommodation, retail space, 500 homes and care home and comunity facilities.
