Our Solution
The solution offered by the Company is to License our web based Travel Plan Builder to Local Authorities, who in turn can brand, customise and offer what becomes 'their' Travel Plan Builder to organisations who wish a Travel Plan - be this due to a formal requirement (Planning Condition, Section 106 etc) or voluntarily.
The advantage of this approach is almost immediately the Local Authority achieves a 'step-change' and :
- Has a tested and real time product, to market to users in their area
- Can act with other LA on a regional basis to promote a standardised approach
- Receives Travel Plans on line and in a consistent format, for ease of checking and comparison
- Automatically has a Case Management and Database Reporting System (which are part of the software), to help with monitoring, follow up and reporting
- Saves development costs, and has a product which is constantly being improved
- Has a strategic partner to help with future Travel Plan requirements
- The Company offers a Travel Plan review and approval service for overworked Travel Plan Co-ordinators. Please contact us for further details.
